Refund Policy – Think Connects (SMC) Pvt. Ltd.

At Think Connects (SMC) Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver reliable, high-quality AI and IoT solutions. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t go as expected, this Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.

Refunds may be granted for:

  • Accidental duplicate payments

  • Technical issues preventing use of the service, which we are unable to resolve

  • Incorrect or unauthorized charges

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing

  • Services already delivered or consumed

  • Subscription periods already used

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet issues, third-party outages)

2. Digital Products, Subscriptions & AI Services

Because our products are digital and accessible instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were unable to access a purchased service due to a verified technical issue

  • A promised feature was completely non-functional

  • A fraudulent or unauthorized purchase occurred (subject to verification)

Subscriptions canceled after renewal are not refundable, but will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Custom Development & Consulting

For custom AI/IoT development, consulting, integrations, or bespoke solutions provided by Think Connects (SMC) Pvt. Ltd.:

  • Advance, milestone, and partial payments are non-refundable

  • If the project is canceled by Think Connects (SMC) Pvt. Ltd., a prorated refund may be issued based on completed work

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email used for purchase

  • Transaction or Order ID

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting screenshots or details (optional but helpful)

You can expect a response within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Changes to This Policy

Think Connects (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
