Think Connects — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Think Connects website, platform, APIs, applications, and all related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” means Think Connects.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • “Account” means your registered user account.
  • “Content” means any data, text, documents, files, prompts, chat transcripts, or media provided, uploaded, or generated through the Services.
  • “AI Output” means responses, analytics, or results generated by Think Connects’ AI models or processing pipelines.
  • “Subscription Plan” means any paid or free usage tier offered by Think Connects.
  • “Intellectual Property Rights” means copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and related rights globally.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
2.2. If registering on behalf of an organization, you represent you have full authority to bind them.
2.3. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your account credentials.
2.4. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Services

3.1. You agree to use the Services lawfully and ethically.
3.2. Prohibited Uses Include:

  • Violating any applicable law (local or international)
  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Training or benchmarking competing AI models
  • Reverse-engineering the platform
  • Trying to access restricted areas or infrastructure
  • Automating high-volume scraping or abusive load
  • Using AI Output to mislead, impersonate, or deceive people

3.3. We may monitor usage for abuse, security, and improvement.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. You retain ownership of your Content.
4.2. You grant Think Connects a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, analyze, and display your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
4.3. You represent that your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
4.4. We reserve the right to remove content if necessary for safety, legality, or operational stability.

5. AI Output & Usage Rights

5.1. AI Output may be probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.
5.2. You may use AI Output for personal, commercial, or internal business purposes, except:

  • redistributing AI Output as a competing AI service
  • claiming the underlying models as your own
  • using AI Output to create harmful content

5.3. Think Connects retains all rights to the underlying models, algorithms, embeddings, and system architecture.

6. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

6.1. Some features require payment or a Subscription Plan.
6.2. Prices may change; you will be notified in advance for recurring plans.
6.3. Subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6.4. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
6.5. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
6.6. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Service Levels & Support

7.1. Think Connects aims for high uptime and reliability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.2. Maintenance windows may be scheduled, and emergency maintenance may occur.
7.3. Support response times depend on your Subscription Plan.
7.4. We may provide beta features “as-is” without warranties.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. You agree to our Privacy Policy (provided separately).
8.2. Think Connects implements security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8.3. If you process personal data using our Services, you are the data controller and responsible for legal compliance.
8.4. We may store data in servers located inside or outside your jurisdiction.
8.5. You must not upload sensitive personal data unless explicitly permitted in your plan.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1. The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms.
9.2. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9.3. We are not responsible for third-party content, functionality, or data practices.

10. Termination & Suspension

10.1. You may close your account anytime.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Terms violations
  • Payment issues
  • Fraud, abuse, or security threats

10.3. Upon termination:

  • You lose access to the Services
  • Outstanding payments remain due
  • Some clauses continue (IP rights, liability limits, etc.)

11. Disclaimers

11.1. Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties.
11.2. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11.3. We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy or reliability of AI Output
  • uninterrupted access
  • compatibility with every device or system

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Think Connects will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Liability is capped at:
    the amount you paid in the last 12 months,
    or USD 1 if you paid nothing.

12.2. These limits apply even if we were advised of possible harm.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Connects, its employees, affiliates, and officers from any claims or damages arising out of:

  • your misuse of the Services
  • your Content
  • your violation of laws
  • your breach of these Terms

14. Modifications to the Terms

14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time.
14.2. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
14.3. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — e.g., Province of Punjab, Pakistan].
  • Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, Country].
  • You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy replace prior agreements.
  • Severability: Invalid clauses are modified or removed without affecting the rest.
  • No Waiver: Not enforcing a right doesn’t waive it.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours.
  • Headings: Serve only as convenience.
